Measuring an impressive 17 inches across, this oversized vintage silverplate punch bowl features a substantial pedestal base and an elaborately detailed floral and scroll border. Its generous proportions make it a striking addition to a dining table, bar, buffet, kitchen island, or holiday display.

Fill it with champagne bottles and ice for a celebration, arrange it with magnolia leaves, hydrangeas or seasonal branches, or pile it high with ornaments, fruit or decorative objects. Even standing empty, it has the scale and sculptural presence of a true statement piece.

Condition

This piece is in good vintage decorative condition with a beautifully polished exterior.

The interior shows noticeable age-related wear, including spotting, pitting, surface scratching, discoloration and areas of silverplate loss. The condition is clearly shown in the photographs and has been considered in the price.

Because of the interior wear, we recommend using this piece decoratively or with a separate food-safe or watertight liner when serving beverages, holding ice, or arranging fresh flowers.
